BEM FT UMI Jalin Silaturahim with Faculty Leadership: Bahas Activity Olahraga and Competition Antar SMA

Makassar, ft.umi.ac.id — In upaya strengthens sinergi between students and Faculty Leadership, Student Executive Board Faculty of Engineering University Muslim Indonesia (BEM FT UMI) melakukan silaturahim with Faculty Leadership Teknik at Rabu, 15 Oktober 2025.
Meeting this becomes momentum penting for discusses arah development activity Student Affairs berbasis olahraga and rencana pelaksanaan competition olahraga antar SMA.

Meeting takes place di room Faculty Leadership Teknik and was attended by by Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. St. Maryam Hafran, M.T., Vice Dean II Ar. Ir. H. Andas Budy, ST., MT., IAI., IPM., ASEAN.Eng., and Vice Dean III Dr. Ir. Faisal Habi, M.T.
Sementara from pihak students, hadir jajaran board members inti BEM FT UMI which dipimpin by Chairperson BEM bersama several staff department Student Affairs.

In kesempatan the said, board members BEM FT UMI memaparkan sejumlah program kerja which berfokus at pembinaan minat and bakat students through activity olahraga. Salah satu agenda main which dibahas is perancangan competition olahraga antar SMA se-Kota Makassar, which mengusung cabang olahraga futsal and mini soccer.
Activity this is expected becomes wadah mempererat hubungan between Faculty of Engineering UMI and masyarakat, khususnya pelajar SMA, sekaligus becomes ajang promosi positif campus di kalangan generasi muda.

Chairperson BEM FT UMI conveys bahwa semangat main from program this is menciptakan activity which produktif, sehat, and bernilai pembinaan.

“We ingin presents activity olahraga which not hanya seru and kompetitif, but also becomes room silaturahim between students and pelajar SMA. Harapannya, through activity this, semangat sportivitas and solidaritas can tumbuh bersama,” ujar Chairperson BEM FT UMI.

Menanggapi hal the said, Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Ir. Hj. St. Maryam Hafran, M.T. provides apresiasi and dukungan penuh towards inisiatif students in merancang activity which bermanfaat and builds karakter positif.

“We very mengapresiasi ide kreatif BEM FT UMI. Olahraga is facilities which efektif for menumbuhkan cooperation, disiplin, and semangat kompetitif which sehat. Faculty tentu mendukung activity this during membawa dampak positif and melibatkan nilai-nilai Academic and sosial,” ungkapnya.

Sementara that, Vice Dean II Ar. Ir. H. Andas Budy, ST., MT., IAI., IPM., ASEAN.Eng. also menekankan pentingnya manajemen activity which terencana with good so that pelaksanaannya berjalan lancar.

“Every activity must memiliki konsep which matang, mulai from perencanaan, pelaksanaan until evaluation. Faculty will membantu from sisi pembinaan and koordinasi so that activity this can terlaksana secara profesional,” jelasnya.

Adapun Vice Dean III Dr. Ir. Faisal Habi, M.T., which membidangi Student Affairs, menambahkan bahwa activity semacam this sejalan with semangat development potensi students di luar Academic.

“We berharap activity olahraga this becomes wadah bagi students for berlatih kepemimpinan, manajemen event, and memperluas jejaring with pelajar and sekolah-sekolah di Makassar,” tuturnya.

Silaturahim this becomes step awal in builds kolaborasi between Faculty Leadership and BEM FT UMI for terus presents activity Student Affairs which inovatif, inspiratif, and berdampak luas.
With semangat kebersamaan and dukungan penuh from leadership, Faculty of Engineering UMI optimis can melahirkan berbagai program which not hanya membentuk students berprestasi di bidang Academic, but also Excellent in kepemimpinan and sportivitas. ⚽🤝
