Gorontalo– University Muslim Indonesia (UMI) sedang approaches Generasi Z and Generasi Alpha di Gorontalo and Sulawesi Utara.
Leadership UMI datangi 2 provinsi di utara Pulau Sulawesi that guna menarik minat para siswa kelas XI and XII SMA/sederajat so that mau lecture di UMI.
Caranya pun diawali with tryout. “UMI ingin memastikan anak-anak we memahami peta persaingan since dini. Tryout this not hanya simulasi examination, but section from pendidikan karakter, kesiapan Academic, and pembentukan mental pejuang masa depan,” kata Vice Rector V (Bidang Promosi and Cooperation) UMI, Prof Muh Hatta Fattah in press release, Rabu (11/2/2026).
Rabu hari this, rombongan from UMI mewakili 4 faculty (Faculty Kedokteran, Faculty Kedokteran Gigi, Faculty Farmasi and Faculty Kesehatan Masyarakat) ada di Kotamobagu, Sulawesi Utara.
Selain Hatta, in rombongan that hadir pula Vice Rector IV (Bidang Tata Kelola Campus Islami and Development Pendidikan) UMI Dr Muhammad Ishaq Samad, Dean Faculty Kedokteran UMI Dr dr Nasrudin Andi Mappaware, Dean FKG UMI Prof drg Moh Dharma Main, Dean Faculty Farmasi UMI Prof Apt Aktsar Roskiana Ahmad, and Vice Dean III FKM UMI Dr Andi Surahman Batara.
After tryout di Kotamobagu, rombongan UMI will takes part in Pameran Pendidikan and Innovation Higher education institution “Sulawesi Education and Techno Expo 2026” di Manado, Sulut, Kamis (12/2/2026).
UMI affirms, kendati berlabel campus Islam, however inclusive. Since 25 tahun lalu or tahun 2000, UMI receives students non-Muslim (Kristen, Hindu, dll.)
UMI memperlakukan they secara adil, menciptakan harmoni, and menganggap campus sebagai rumah bersama without diskriminasi.
