Faculty of Engineering UMI Degree Meeting Simulasi Pengisian Form RAAT Berbasis IKU 2026

Makassar, 26 September 2025 – Faculty of Engineering University Muslim Indonesia (UMI) back menunjukkan komitmennya in improves tata kelola pendidikan with stages Meeting Simulasi Pengisian Form Rencana Aksi Anggaran Tahunan (RAAT) berbasis Indikator Kinerja Main (IKU) 2026. Meeting this takes place di Room Senate Faculty of Engineering UMI at Jumat, 26 September 2025, and was attended by by 15 orang anggota which consists of lecturer, education personnel, and perwakilan study programme.

Event dipimpin langsung by Pak Ar. Ir. H. Andas Budy, ST., MT., IAI., IPM.,ASEAN.Eng. Vice Dean II Faculty of Engineering UMI, which in sambutannya affirms bahwa RAAT berbasis IKU becomes salah satu instrumen penting for mewujudkan faculty which adaptif, akuntabel, and selaras with vision large university.

“RAAT berbasis IKU not hanya sekadar dokumen administratif. This is guidelines strategic which menuntun we for menyiapkan rencana kerja which terukur, selaras with capaian IKU national, and berorientasi at quality. With adanya simulasi this, we berharap every unit kerja di Faculty of Engineering can memahami process penyusunan RAAT with more detail so that mampu menghasilkan perencanaan which efektif,” tutur Vice Dean II.

Simulasi this dilakukan secara menyeluruh, mulai from explanation teknis pengisian form, discussion mengenai indikator which relevan with program kerja faculty, until evaluation tantangan which sering muncul in implementasi. Para participants tampak antusias takes part in every sesi. They aktif mengajukan pertanyaan, conveys pandangan, and berbagi pengalaman mengenai strategy which efektif in menyesuaikan program kerja with capaian IKU.

Several isu strategic which mengemuka in discussion among others:

  • Pentingnya sinkronisasi data antarprogram studi so that not terjadi tumpang tindih.
  • Perlunya monitoring and evaluation berkelanjutan for mengukur ketercapaian indikator.
  • Strategy in menghubungkan RAAT with strengthening tridharma higher education institution: pendidikan, research, and community service.
  • Upaya for memanfaatkan sumber daya secara efisien, so that program which disusun not hanya terencana di atas kertas but benar-benar can terlaksana.

Salah satu lecturer participants meeting conveys pandangannya mengenai manfaat simulasi this.

“Activity this membuka wawasan we bahwa pengisian RAAT berbasis IKU must benar-benar menggambarkan kontribusi nyata faculty towards vision university. Not can hanya formalitas, melainkan must menjawab kebutuhan development quality secara konkret,” ungkapnya.

In addition, meeting also becomes wadah strengthens komunikasi internal antarunit di Faculty of Engineering UMI. Discussion which takes place hangat menunjukkan adanya sinergi and semangat kolaborasi for mencapai objectives bersama. With melibatkan berbagai unsur, good Academic maupun administrasi, Faculty of Engineering berupaya memastikan every perencanaan not hanya relevan secara akademis but also mendukung development kapasitas institution secara menyeluruh.

Meeting diakhiri with penegasan pentingnya konsistensi in menyusun and carries out RAAT. Faculty of Engineering UMI sepakat for melakukan evaluation berkala so that progres capaian IKU can terpantau with good. Thus, perencanaan which disusun through simulasi this not hanya becomes dokumen perencanaan, melainkan also becomes arah nyata bagi all aktivitas faculty di tahun 2026.

With persiapan which matang, Faculty of Engineering UMI optimis can menjawab tantangan ke depan, strengthens daya saing, and provides kontribusi which more large bagi development ilmu pengetahuan, technology, and community service.
